The Church Of The Good Shepherd
We have been serving the people of Low Hill, within the Parish of Bushbury since 1929.
The original church was destroyed by fire in 1946 and replaced in 1956. Owing to structural problems, this was demolished and the church community relocated to the building alongside, ‘The Shepherd Centre’. This church owned community building was built next to the church and opened in 1989. Work was undertaken in 2000 to extend the building to provide a worship area, sanctuary and vestry. This then is the Church at the Centre, more than a building, we are a vibrant fellowship whose worship has a richness and depth through words, music and prayer which impacts on our lives and the lives of others.

Sunday Services
Join us for a lively family friendly service
Every Sunday at 11am
On the last Sunday of the months where there are 5 Sundays, we hold a different style of service that we call Koinonia Cafe

What is Koinonia ?
It is a Greek word that occurs around 20 times in the bible. It means fellowship- and it’s all about sharing and being together,
To worship;
To explore more about God;
To get to know one another;
To explore together, what it means to be a Christian.
